Dan Jones hosts new podcast series This is History

On 20 September, the first episode of Dan Jones‘ new Podcast series, This is History: A Dynasty to Die for came out.

The first season of the podcast follows the story of the Plantagenets, starting with getting to know the most dysfunctional family of the Middle Ages, and finding out how their scandalous betrayals and bloody politics shaped the world we live in today.

The podcast is a Somethin’ Else & Sony Music Entertainment production, aiming to bring the drama of medieval history alive through compelling stories, larger-than-life characters and vivid scenes. Dan will guide listeners through this tumultuous period of history in 24 bitesize episodes packed full of tales of power, greed, religion and sex. Two episodes are released each week.

The first three episodes and all subsequent episodes will be available to listen to on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
