
Dai George was born in Cardiff in 1986 and studied in Bristol and New York, where he received an MFA from Columbia University’s writing programme. His poetry and criticism has appeared in a wide range of journals, and he currently blogs about British poetry for the Boston Review. A collection of poems, THE CLAIMS OFFICE, was published by Seren in 2013. His first novel, THE COUNTERPLOT, imagines the year of the Gunpowder Plot as seen through the eyes of the playwright Ben Jonson. It was released as an Audible Original in 2019.
