Jonathan Self is a journalist and author. He has written for The Times, Financial Times and Vanity Fair and has a regular column in Country Life. His books include SELF ABUSE: LOVE, LOSS & FATHERHOOD (2001), THE TEENAGER’S GUIDE TO MONEY (2007) and EMERALD: 21 CENTURIES OF JEWELLED OPULENCE (2014). He is a trustee of the Rainforest Trust and lives in Ireland.
